Service Description
In this one-day workshop, learn how mindfulness and meditation can affect your drawing. And how the practice of life drawing can affect your mindfulness. We will draw and discuss techniques to become centered, more serene and productive in all areas of your life. Use your choice of dry media: charcoal, pastel or graphite.
